Difference between LCD, LED and Plasma : LCD v/s LED v/s PLASMA

What is LCD TV?

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TV is the next generation TV after the CRT TV. It uses molecules of liquid crystals (pixels) which allow the light to pass through and as the molecules twist viewing objects also improve. It uses CCFLs (Cold Cathode Florescent Lamps) to illuminate the pixels.

Plasma TV is made of a technologyof Plasma display panel which is just a flat panel and creates pictures from a gas (plasma) which contains xenon & neon atoms.

• All pixels increase uniformly to give correct image
