Second, LED's require less energy to light, so an LED flashlight will have a longer usage time with the same amount of batteries. In addition, batteries as small as watch batteries can be used to power LED flashlights, meaning these handy little lights will come in tinier and tinier packages.

Jewelry

It may seem like a funny idea, but LED jewelry is starting to gain traction. Have you ever been to a restaurant, sporting event or special occasion where people were walking around with flashing lights around their neck, on their wrist or around their head? Many of us have, and in just about every case, these flashing lights are LED jewelry or accessories. Things like bracelets, necklaces and hats are available that incorporate LED lights that flash different colors from the same bulb. Even fun LED earrings are becoming popular.
