How to recondition bucket trucks

The initial step for the reconditioning of a truck is to completely disassemble the vehicle. This is necessary so that the company can examine and check all the parts upon the arrival of the truck. Extra boxes found will be cut off from the truck in order for the next stage to take place. After box cutting, the truck is completely sprayed with an extremely powerful degreaser. The degreaser is for the initial cleaning of the truck, and when degreasing is done, the truck is subjected to a full power wash.
Following this, the next step in the reconditioning process is the placement of the truck into the body bay. During this step, the truck is totally sanded down to the factory primer. In order to completely get rid of the pain, a 320 grit sander is used. After this process, the dents found in the truck are fixed and in case there is any bad metal, this part is also replaced. After the repairs, the truck is to undergo a complete repainting process.
During the repainting process, the boxes as well as chassis are sprayed with Colar epoxy primer. The epoxy primer is for the protection of the truck. The following step will be the application of 2.8 industrial emron paint. The paint is treated with heat of 100 degrees in temperature. The walkways and then the bed liners, on the other hand, are also sprayed with 100 mills thick of the same paint. A 120 gallon linex machine is used for the painting of the trucks. This machine allows I-80 to place a warranty on each truck. After the painting process, the truck is assembled once and put up for sale.
