As the smokeless cigarettes come in various sizes, one can choose smaller versions of it, which contain a lower dosage of nicotine, if one wants to quit smoking. In addition, since electronic cigarettes come in different flavors, including a tobacco flavor, it gives the smoker the real feel of a cigarette without piling on the harmful effects of tars, additives, and carcinogens.
