Why Full Face Motorcycle Helmets Is Good For You
Full face helmets are just one of the many motorcycle helmet selections available. Many people who hate wearing helmets choose smaller models because they feel full face versions take lots of the delight out of riding. Some of the claims about these helmets are that they're restrictive, heavier than other types, and too hot.
They have the ability to navigate through traffic fast, costs less, and is really easy to store. When you make a decision to get a motorcycle, the most vital thing is the helmet. There are countless reasons why the helmet is crucial.
Motorbike helmets were created in order to protect the head from trauma in case of an accident. During the past, many of us didn't like to wear helmets because they were never fashionable or modern looking. Things have changed a little over the past, as now many folks like to wear helmets thanks to the new smooth designs and eye-popping technology.
Consider the position of your body if you're thrown forward. Full face helmets, can help forestall devastating facial wounds as well as serious injuries from blows to the back, sides and top of the head.
The 1st obvious reason for owning a helmet is for head protection. By having a chrome motorcycle helmets, you scale back the chance of death or heavy injuries that can happen during any kind of accident.
When you are riding the motorcycle, the wind coming towards you'll be robust. The chrome motorcycle helmets will generally have a shield that covers your face so that the wind does not bother you while you are riding the motorcycle. This is important as having another factor such as the wind trouble you'll be dangerous when riding the motorcycle.
A three-quarter helmet leaves your face exposed, but does an excellent job of defending your head and the sides of your face. Some are being made now that do meet DOT necessities, but they cover the minimum quantity of the head of your head permitted by law. Beanie helmets may be classy, but they leave more of your head exposed than they cover.
And because everything's well-covered and the wind is blocked, they are ideal for riding in cold weather. Choose a model with sufficient ventilation to keep you cool when riding in the summer, and you can still be in a position to enjoy safe riding in every type of weather.
The average chrome motorcycle helmets will range anywhere between 30-600 dollars, so make sure you compare the prices. The neatest thing to do is compare all the helmets you like with great quality and then pick the lowest one.
While nobody wants to consider a motorcycle accident, if you spend just a little time considering what's most important--your safety--you'll see why full face helmets are always a good choice.

The Navigator - $24.99 At the request of his star Buster Keaton, producer Joseph M. Schenck purchased an obsolete ocean liner for $20,000. Keaton wanted to use the boat as a "prop" in his upcoming feature comedy, but went into production with nary a plot idea in his head. Eventually, Buster and his chief gagman Clyde Bruckman came up with a story involving two wealthy, pampered young people (played by Keaton and Kathryn McGuire), who through a series of fantastic but logical plot convolutions end up stranded together on a drifting, deserted ocean liner. At first, the young couple is helpless because they've never had to lift a finger in their lives. As the weeks pass, Keaton and McGuire become quite adept at fending for themselves, utilizing the huge facilities of the liner (its steam room, its enormous kitchen) for the simplest and most basic of necessities. An attack by a cannibal tribe requires Keaton to be more resourceful than ever; the build-up to the climactic contretemps between Keaton and the cannibals is almost as side-splitting as the climax itself. While the film is rife with some of Buster Keaton's most elaborate gags, he scores equally well with smaller, more intimate comedy bits, notably his losing battle with a deck chair and his attempt to shuffle a waterlogged deck of cards. Reasoning that the comedy in The Navigator would work best if built upon an utterly serious storyline, Keaton hired actor/director Donald Crisp to handle the "straight" scenes. Alas, as Keaton would later recall, the constitutionally humorless Crisp "turned gagman on us", resulting in miles of wasted footage. Thus, pay no attention to the "official" directorial credits: Buster Keaton alone is responsible for the helming of The Navigator. Joe Schenck's initial 20 grand investment proved sagacious when Navigator ended up as Buster Keaton's most profitable silent feature film. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi |

Flight of the Navigator $9.76 Rated: PGSynopsis: Poised for discovery, this underappreciated 1986 Disney live-action fantasy is literally out of this world. Joey Cramer brings down-to-earth charm and genuine emotion to his role as 12-year-old David, who has the usual adolescent troubles, including an unrequited crush and an annoying little brother. One night, in 1978, while chasing his prank-playing brother through the woods, he falls and is knocked unconscious. When David comes to and returns home, he has a Twilight Zone moment, as a strange family seems to have moved in. The year, he discovers, is now 1986. He is reunited with his family, who thought he was dead (his little brother is now 18!). Where has David been for the past eight years? Why hasn't he aged? Who is the voice in his head calling to him? How is his brain able to communicate with NASA's computer? The answer lies in a crash-landed spaceship that David, with the help of robot pilot Max (voiced by Paul "Pee-Wee Herman" Rubens), will attempt to fly back to 1978. Director Randal Kleiser (Grease) channels his inner Spielberg for this E.T.-like adventure that is exciting, funny, and ultimately moving. This is a Flight well worth taking. Donald LiebensonThe year is 1978: 12-year-old Joey Cramer, playing in the woods near his home, is knocked unconscious. He awakens and heads home, only to find strangers living there. He also finds that the year is 1986, and that he's been officially missing for eight years. NASA officials determine that Cramer was abducted by aliens during his blackout, and hope to scan the boy's brain in order to unlock a few secrets of the universe. Answering the call of a strange, unseen force, Cramer boards a well-hidden spaceship and takes off, guided by the jocular voice of a computer named MAX (voiced by none other than Paul Reubens, aka Pee-wee Herman). Realizing that he can't fit into 1986 so long as he's a child of the seventies, Cramer hopes to retrace the steps of his alien abductors and get back to his own time.
