PHILIPS HID BULBS
What do we mean by HID? Let us first understand the meaning of HID.
HID is the acronym of High Intensity Discharge. Normal Halogen headlights use bulbs which are of very low power or density or we can say power and for this reason they throw very low lights. Halogen Bulbs are not efficient in nature. Due to this reason the halogen bulbs are used less these days in cars. Now days more of HID lights are used everywhere. This has become a standard for automotive lighting. The intensity of HID light is such that it illuminates 5 times amount of light that one standard halogen light bulb puts out. From this only we can understand the power of the Philips HID bulbs. It is really significant. We can conclude from this that they are of very high power and because of this things are more clearly visible at night. One faces no difficulty in darkness and not even their eyes suffer.
Once the difference is being observed between Halogen light and HID lights one can notice the difference. One can never go back to halogen lights after having looked at the HID lights. It’s not only that they produce amazing light but also they are great.
For having a clear vision at night Philips Crystal Vision is the upgraded bulb which had a close competition with bright blue/white look of HID. This crystal vision is being made all the more clearer, brighter and even closer to the Philips HID bulbs. Filaments are not there in Philips High Intensity Discharge like are in Halogen bulbs. In spite of the arc of electricity it ignites magnetic salts within the bulb for the glowing purpose. This is the reason why the high intensity discharge bulbs lasts 10 times longer than the normal Halogen bulbs. The reason for the long life is that there is no filament to break or burn out. Philips high intensity discharge consumes less electricity than the Philips halogen bulbs. High intensity discharge consumes 35 watts whereas halogen bulbs consume 55 watts. Due to the high intensity the color which comes out of the bulb is simply great. It comes out with a distinct color and appearance.
This knowledge sharing has not been copied from somewhere it has come through the experience of past years. People are using it and the results are in front of us. This conclusion is drawn from the experience. Philips High Density Light has gained this confidence from 35 countries. No false claims are used by Philips it is the reality or we can also say the truth. No manipulation is done by Philips high intensity discharge; it has gained its customers through its credibility.
The customer’s faith and belief is of utmost importance for Philips. The choices are informed in case of Philips high intensity discharge.
Rarely does these Philips HID bulbs breaks but if this happens there is no need to panic or be anxious, one should go and purchase the same model and brand. The replacement bulb looks more yellow and this is also very normal thing so there is absolutely no need to take tension. Philips HID bulbs has introduced “Plus” range of high intensity discharge bulbs, so that the bulbs do not appear yellow in times like this. Philips high intensity discharge bulbs should always be identical in pair. This means they must have part number, manufacturer and used time, if this is for second time. This is very important.
Philips HID bulbs can be very dangerous at times and this can happen when they blast. We can just imagine by the fact that a crushed 100 bar hot high intensity discharge bulb will throw the glass pieces which can go inside the skin and even the eyes. The wounds will be filled by the mercury and this will result in making the whole body poisonous. So t times it can be very dangerous but it is in very rare cases. Philips high intensity discharge bulbs very rarely face this problem.
