c) The burn position or plane should be correct. Check the headlamp if they are direct on the pinch. To avoid overheating, it is good to have horizontal burn positioning.
d) avoid greasy and dirt hands while handling the systems, as these will affect the UV shield and the burner.

e) Be sure that your HID bulb fits into your headlight housing. If the housing is too small, it may cause the bulb to overheat. If it is too loose, vibrations may damage the bulbs.

f) As a precaution, we recommend you get an experienced mechanic to install the system. That has the right tools and the experience. You shouldn’t try installing your BMW HID kit without any skill and the know-how of it.
