The car lighting system of today has undergone enormous changes. The vehicle sends the initial signal to the starters in the kit. From the starters the signal travels towards the ballast which amplifies this signal to a very high value. This amplified signal is then fed to the bulb filled with inert gas (xenon), which produces a brilliant bluish-white light. These kits are user-friendly and post no real challenges while installation. All that you need to do is find a suitable place somewhere in your car to affix this kit. Care should be exercised that the wirings do not turn or twist. Once the starter and ballast are connected, carefully replace the halogen bulb with the new bulb and your installation is complete. While replacing the halogen bulb with the new bulb, one must wear gloves to avoid any contact with the bulb.
Depending on your need you can have single beam or dual beam car lights HID kit. The former allows either high or low beam while the latter allows both. One must keep in mind that these kits are different for two and three-wheelers. Very many brands of these kits are available in the market today, the selection of which obviously depends on the size the of the customer’s pocket. Two of the famous brands are the Xenon kit and McCulloch kit. While there isn’t any considerable difference between the two, the McCulloch kit is learnt to be more user-friendly and easier to operate and install than its Xenon counterpart.
