Garden Grow Lights Grow Plants Right

Plant your garden right, then light it with compact fluorescent light bulbs! Plants love the light from CFLs, as it is the closest to natural light you can get with a light bulb. Proper placement is key to growing your plants at the right pace. Grow them quickly and grow them big with compact fluorescent light bulbs.

I've used CFLs in my gardens and they work wonderfully. It's not always easy to set everything up in the right way to maximize efficiency and grow plants well, but when you do it correctly the results are just awesome. If you use incandescent lights to grow plants you can open up a Pandora's box of difficulties. From burning the plants to drying them out, it's just a bad idea. Compact fluorescents avoid that issue with low energy usage and low temperatures!

The energy efficiency of compact fluorescent light bulbs is doubly useful in gardens because while you are saving money, you are also operating light bulbs at low temperatures. This allows you to place the CFLs much closer to the plants, which increases light penetration and gets the light to all parts of the plant. Energy efficient light bulbs are great for gardens.

Another great thing about compact fluorescents for plants is that you can get a variety of wattages and color temperatures to give your plants the exact light they need at every stage of their life. From 2700K as striplings to 6500K when they are giant trees, you'll find the bulb you need. Remember to keep your plants away from the raging infernos of incandescent bulbs if you want your plants to live on and thrive!
